Fun and Festive Halal Bihalal in Bojonegoro
Bojonegoro, 2019. While HARA frequently conducts gatherings with the field agents, this Halal Bihalal event was especially memorable. Even after a month has passed from Eid Al-Fitr celebrations, we still very much enjoyed the process of creating that bond whilst increasing the belongingness of HARA’s employee and field agents.

Places of gatherings were chosen based on the best performing villages: Ngasem, Dander, and Sumberrejo. Here we were updated with field agents’ lives; the joys and challenges that they frequently encounter promoting HARA. After all, they are our ambassadors on the field, who manages the relationships with the farmers in their district.
In between the events, we learned several creative ways field agents have come up with to gather farmers. For instance, our field agents from Dander decided to work as one team! Their reasoning was simple, “by dividing the work, it won’t feel difficult!”. Prior to gathering farmers, they will socialize first to the head of the village and local authorities. Once they have the green light, they will divide the area to manage, and approach the farmers one by one. Whereas our field agents from Sumberrejo, have a different way to collect data. They create local gatherings with the farmers to socialize, educate, and onboard them to HARA at the same time. All in all, different ways — but effective in their own way.
“By dividing the work, it won’t feel difficult!”

It was a great time we had in Bojonegoro! Unexpectedly, we learned new innovative ways to collect data and we hope to conduct a similar event soon to strengthen our bond with the agripreneurs.
